She is also good at knowing the client, for example, she knew that perhaps given my age I might have difficulty using an extra device on the hearing aid in the beginning. I was also extremely late for the appointment and was most embarrassed, but Kathy was kind about this error. She is just a delightful, understanding person, as well as a person I will continue to trust as I go back. On my return, Kathy was once again kind, friendly, helpful, just a good person to sit across from and tell her everything."
